/ Surface Range Test Coordinator responsibilities in-this role include; plan, develop, synthesize, brief, and executetest plans in accordance with government objectives, coordinatingwith the range team at Port Hueneme, CA. In this role, you willcreate long term plans (months in advance) as well as short termplans (days, weeks in advance) to develop coherent, logical, andappropriately scoped events. Additionally•duties include, alignsoftware state with desired government test objectives, coordinatesurface operations on a government-owned range and integratesoftware with hardware systems.

As the Lead Systems Engineering andTest responsibilites in this role include; plan, develop,synthesize, brief, and execute test plans in accordance withgovernment objectives, coordinating with the range team at PortHueneme, CA.•-

Qualifications:

Strong software background with hardware integrationexperience. Essential experience with operational testing. Experience coordinating surface operations on agovernment-owned range. Interface with other government and contractor vendors to driveHW/SW integration. Experience with Cyber and CI/CD processes; past experiencedriving the ATO process. Excellent briefing and presentation skills; able to delivertechnical information to a mixed government and vendoraudience. Facilitate communication with test range facilities to ensurecoordination is on track prior to test events. Ability to travel up to 50%. Have the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCIclearance. Active TS/SCI clearance is highly desirable. Prior experience in uniformed or civilian service within amilitary department, ideally in an RDTE environment.•

EducationalRequirements:

Bachelor’s Degree with 9 years of experience in software,hardware systems integration and test, with experience inautonomous platforms desired. Operational experience in uniformedor civilian government service is a plus. Master’s Degree with 7 years of experience in software,hardware systems integration and test, with experience inautonomous platforms desired. Operational experience in uniformedor civilian government service is a plus.•-In compliance withpay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role inCalifornia is $125,000.00 MIN•$232,000.00 MAX. This is not aguarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may varybased on factors including but not limited to experience andgeographic location.
