Serve as the primary architect and SME for Microsoft AZURE IaaS including Network, Firewalls, Virtual machines, App Services, Automations and Security of cloud resources. Serve as the primary architect and SME for M365 (OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint, Mail) Manage M365 tenant-level settings and ensure compliance with security and governance policies. Monitor and troubleshoot cloud performance, availability, and reliability issues. Administer Microsoft Teams, including lifecycle management, policies, guest access, Entra
ID, MFA, SAML
integrations and Identity Protections Provide user training, documentation, support, and guidance for SharePoint, M365 and AZURE IaaS features and best practices including compliance. Collaborate with IT security and compliance teams to enforce data loss prevention (DLP), retention, and access policies. Lead or assist in migration projects (e.g., file shares to OneDrive and SharePoint Online, Teams transitions). Stay current with Microsoft roadmap changes and assess the impact of new features on the organization. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues escalated from Tier 1/2 support.
