Work Requirements:

US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work inthe U.S. Power Platform Developer We are seeking an experienced Senior Power BI Developer to join ourdynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background indeveloping and implementing Power BI solutions, Power Automate, andPower Platform, with an additional advantage for those withexperience in Azure-based environments. A developer background,particularly in previous roles, is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement interactivePower BI dashboards and reports for business users. Create efficient and scalable data models using Power BI. Integrate Power Automate for automating workflows and processoptimizations. Leverage Power Platform capabilities to develop solutions thatsolve business challenges. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand businessrequirements and translate them into technical solutions. Maintain and troubleshoot Power BI reports and dashboards, ensuringdata accuracy and system performance. Ensure data security and compliance while managing access toreports and datasets. Provide expertise and mentorship to junior developers and analystson Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Platform best practices. Collaborate with Azure-based technologies, ideally within an Azureenvironment, to ensure seamless integration and optimization ofcloud-based solutions. Continuously assess and improve the development process to driveefficiencies and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in Power BIreport and dashboard development. Proficient in Power Automate for automating business processes andworkflows. Strong knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power VirtualAgents, etc.). Background in Azure services and cloud environments, particularlyas it pertains to data management and integration. Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating data from varioussources. Familiarity with integrating Power BI with other Microsoft toolsand external data sources. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in afast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate withbusiness stakeholders. Ability to mentor junior team members and share best practices.
