Job Description

Leidos is seeking an experienced Sensors Team Member in support of the Unified Cyber Situational Awareness (UCSA) program in Pensacola, FL.

Primary Responsibilities:

Work with sites and Sensor Grid Management team to set product deployment priorities and schedule deliverables in support of customer requirements. Provide support and subject matter expertise to help support life cycle support of CSSP hardware and software. Perform Operations and Maintenance of Sensing Grid devices and deployment of Sensor infrastructure and applications as directed by Service Owner. Coordinate interactions between Cisco and Node site coordinators in replacement and renewal of hardware and software updates. Performs periodic backup and restoration of servers and sensors as needed. Work with Service Response team to disposition trouble tickets and provide input to weekly report deliverables. Monitor SSL Certificate status, on the systems and coordinates the renewal and installation, as needed. Conducts technical analysis and provides documentation (Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), troubleshooting and monitoring, technical reports, etc.) for root cause analysis, technical assessment and process improvement initiatives. Develop solutions to technical problems that require depth of technical knowledge.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field or equivalent experience and five (5) years of direct experience. Will consider experience in lieu of degree requirements. Significant experience with Systems/Network Integration, Administration and Deployment of new Hardware, Software, and Services, Change & Configuration Management support, and Maintenance in support of customer requirements. Ability to Collaborate with customer and vendor to achieve contract requirements. Active Secret level security clearance and a current DoD 8570 IAT Level II (or Level III) certification (e.g. Sec+ CE)

Preferred Qualifications:

Five (5) years of experience with Linux, Windows, and Cisco system administration or advanced understanding of operating systems and common operating environments. Experience with DISA Defensive Cyber Platforms Experience with DISA Enterprise Sensing Capabilities Identify and correct inefficiencies and implement optimizations to improve existing infrastructure devices. Ticketing System experience. Cisco and Linux command line experience.
