L3 Azure Kubernetes Support Engineer Position Available In Hillsborough, Florida

Job Description A client of Insight Global is looking for an L3 Support Engineer to join their team. The role is remote/work-from-home, requiring someone who is driven and highly self-managed. The L3 Support Engineer will be responsible for application troubleshooting, debugging and pipeline deployments. Review logs and triage level 3 application or deployment issues, assist L2 and work with L4. A strong level of customer service is required. They will be focused on Kubernetes, AKS, Azure, Docker, Azure cloud PaaS and Azure cloud services. • 5-7 years of experience in application support and pipeline deployments
• Must have a combination background of troubleshooting and deploying pipelines
• Azure cloud (or AWS)
• Azure Kubernetes (or Kubernetes) and Docker
• ADO/Azure DevOps (or Github or Jira) for CICD pipelines
• PowerShell scripting (or Bash, Shell)
• SSH (CyberArk, Splunk or other tool)
• managing servers via RDP session
• KQL and SQL
• Customer service/support
• Understands ITIL principles
• Pulling logs and resolving production issues
• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
• Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD)

• Microsoft Certified:

  Azure Administrator Associate

• Terraform and ARM templates
• ITIL
• Splunk
