Job Description
This position is Hybrid with 2-3 days a week remote from Miami, FL.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the technology strategy and oversee their MSP
- Optimize system integration and enhance visibility into internal and customer operations
- Work with cross functional teams and vendors to align technology and innovation
- Ensure company the tech initiatives align with the company’s value and goals
- Oversee offshore teams and development
Skills & Qualifications - Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Sales & Marketing
- Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform solutions, especially with Power Apps
- Strong SQL background
- Experience with APIs
- Leading multiple IT projects or Project Management experience
- Experience in working with stakeholders and shareholders
- Experience in developing technology roadmaps
- Experience with Azure DevOps is a plus
