All employment offers are contingent upon the successful completion of a background check and pre-employment drug screening.- This position plays a crucial role in the organization by ensuring alignment of digital architecture with organizational goals and overseeing the design, implementation, and management of data systems. Is responsible for analyzing current systems architecture and identifying areas for improvement and ensuring that data is effectively used to support the organization’s strategic objectives. The enterprise architect is also responsible for developing comprehensive plans to integrate new technologies and processes and regulating the technology environment, increasing flexibility, and reducing costs. The enterprise architecture and data will collaborate with other IT areas and business units ensuring that data-driven initiatives align with broader business objectives and that various teams work together effectively.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
Develop and implement Enterprise Architecture strategies Responsible for envisioning, communicating, and evolving the organization’s Enterprise Architecture Deals with artificial intelligence (AI), data/information security, flows, and enterprise data Establishes technology roadmaps ensuring system scalability, flexibility and data-driven initiatives, new deployments, and data governance across the organization Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of data pipelines and data warehouses as well as analytics strategies that align with business goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and deliver actionable insights. Ensure data quality, governance, and security across all data-related processes. Coordinate with IT support teams to provide training and technical assistance for users to maximize systems, infrastructure and data use effectiveness. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. Create and maintain any examination/audit reports. Oversee systems integration and recommend future improvements Drive continuous improvement in data processes, tools, and methodologies and maintain the Data warehouse
REQUIREMENTS
Graduated professional UiPath RPA Certification or equivalent, SSIS and SSRS Certification, Data analytics platforms and Artificial Intelligence 4 – 5 years of experience in this position Lead and manage the enterpise architecture and data science teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and support Develop and implement Enterprise Architecture & Data Strategies that align with business objectives and drive innovation. Design and oversee the architecture of complex systems integrations ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and deliver actionable insights. Ensure data quality, governance, and security across all data-related processes and system architectures. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in data science and systems architecture. Drive continuous improvement in data processes, tools, and methodologies. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
