  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Provide technical and thought leadership across multiple areas within the enterprise
• Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to address complex challenges
• Develop and execute a technical software development strategy for Observability Engineering
• Ensure the quality, usability, and performance of engineering solutions
• Mentor and coach team members to enhance technical expertise and promote best practices
  What is Required (Qualifications):
• 3+ years of professional experience in software development and platform architecture
• Hands-on experience building complex distributed systems, with knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
• Advanced knowledge of at least one OOP language such as Java, Go, or Python
• Experience with continuous delivery (CI/CD) and Infrastructure as Code
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• 3+ years of experience in open-source frameworks
• Knowledge of big data and streaming data pipeline architecture
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Familiarity with open-source monitoring software like Grafana and Prometheus
• Knowledge in machine learning and AI technologies
