As a System Engineer , you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining and improving IT infrastructure for our clients. This position goes beyond traditional IT support-it’s about taking initiative, finding solutions, and making a real impact. From managing Level 1 & 2 tickets to enhancing security and cloud environments, you’ll be instrumental in keeping businesses running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Troubleshooting & Support:
Handle Level 1-3 technical issues, proactively identify potential problems, and manage Microsoft 365 user accounts and licensing.
Systems Administration & Virtualization:
Maintain Windows Server environments, manage virtualization platforms (Hyper-V preferred, VMware also acceptable), and oversee storage and VM installations.
Cloud & Security Management:
Administer Azure AD/Entra, configure firewalls (SonicWall preferred, but others welcome), and manage site-to-site VPNs.
Network Engineering & Infrastructure:
Configure and optimize Cisco switches (Meraki & Catalyst), monitor network security, and troubleshoot VLANs, routing, and TCP/IP configurations.
Backup & Disaster Recovery:
Implement and test backup solutions while maintaining thorough documentation of systems and troubleshooting procedures.

Qualifications & Experience:
3+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, and network engineering. Previous experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or similar IT support environment.
Preferred certifications:
CompTIA Network+, CCNA, MCSA, or equivalent. Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Azure AD/Entra. Experience with firewall management, VPN configurations, and network security. Familiarity with virtualization (Hyper-V preferred, VMware acceptable). Proficiency in troubleshooting networking issues across Cisco switches, firewalls, and VPNs. Why Join Us?
