Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Digital Infrastructure Systems Engineer to join a Federal Program located at Eglin AFB, FL. The Digital Infrastructure Systems Engineer will be responsible for providing systems engineering support for the Advanced Battle Management System (ABMS) Digital Infrastructure.
Responsibilities of the
Digital Infrastructure Systems Engineer:
Oversee key areas, including Data Management, Connectivity, and Secure Processing.
Support integration of applications, sensors, and effects into a digital network.
Collaborate in an Agile environment to analyze and improve system design, integration, and testing.
Configure interfaces and data exchanges for complex C4ISR systems.
Work with military stakeholders, contractors, and program offices.
Assist in defining system requirements, performance metrics, and test criteria
Conduct data analysis and support system engineering tasks, including testing and security assessment
Support various testing phases (DT&E, OT, FDE, RRT), identifying deficiencies and ensuring compliance
Qualifications of the
Digital Infrastructure Systems Engineer:
Must be eligible to work in the United States and obtain and maintain an U.S. Government Active Secret Clearance
Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field
Three (3) years of relevant technical experience is required. •Additional experience may be substituted for education.
Must hold or be able to obtain required cybersecurity certifications per the DoD Cyber Workforce Program (DoD 8140 Series and
AFMAN 17-1305
).
Working knowledge of systems engineering principles and processes.
Experience in at least one of these skill areas: system software and scripting development, software programming, system analysis and design, software design and development, software integration and test
