Job Description:
You will be responsible for managing, configuring, and supportingJira environments to ensure that the team can efficiently track andmanage tasks, projects, and workflows. You will collaborate withcross-functional teams, including software engineers, projectmanagers, and stakeholders, to ensure the effective use of Jira fortask management and project tracking. Additionally, you willmaintain system integrity, implement best practices for Jiraadministration, and continuously optimize workflows to improveoverall team productivity.
Responsibilities:
Administer and configure Jira environments, including workflows,custom fields, permissions, and notifications Keep Jira software and add-ons up to date with the latest versions,patches, and security updates Collaborate with software engineers, project managers, andstakeholders to define and implement Jira best practices for taskand project management Monitor Jira performance and troubleshoot any issues related toaccess, functionality, or configuration Maintain accurate documentation of Jira configurations, processes,and troubleshooting steps Analyze team workflows and identify areas for improvement, makingrecommendations, and implementing changes as needed •3rd party and subcontract staffing agencies are not eligible forpartnership on this position. 3rd party subcontractors need notapply.
