This advanced subject matter expert isaccountable for creating the blueprint for managed servicesolutions and provides direction to clients and the industry atlarge as to where they should be driving their technologyinvestments.

The Senior Enterprise Architect brings togethertechnological domain expertise and business acumen to designcomplex IT strategies and roadmaps in line with clients’ keybusiness objectives, key performance Indicators (KPIs) and servicelevel agreement (SLA).What you’ll be doingIn this role youwill: Lead the design of large and complex managed service solutionsby driving services teams to provide client solutions that supportclient business outcomes, integrating technology and service designacross multiple domains, delivery units, or geographies. Work closely with the sales team to participate in andproactively drive the presales process with clients, includingconducting meetings, writing proposals, proposing solutions, anddelivering presentations. Share responsibility for win strategy and translate clients’business strategy and desired business outcomes into an ITstrategy/roadmap, positioning our end-to-end portfolio with a focuson landing a service-related solution and end-to-end solutiondesign. Lead complex solution design with clients and support internalservice and technical teams to enable business outcome andrequirements mapping. Integrate services, processes, applications, data, andtechnology through a design process across multiple domains,delivery units, or geography. Contribute to the knowledge base of the company’s developmentand services by sharing best practices with internal teams andclients. Use understanding of the client’s business, industry practices,and breadth of knowledge on the full solution portfolio andconsulting to personalize the solution in line with the client’sSLA, KPI, and measured need. Develop business case and end-to-end roadmap to optimize ITOperations and Measured Business Value across multiple solutionareas. Interpret, influence, and develop IT strategies, as well asimplement the execution of the strategies. Define architectural principles and apply them to influencearchitectural outcomes and guide governance. Develop As-Is, Vision, FMO and To Be service architectures,identify gaps and develop transition roadmaps. Manage large application and technology portfolios, usingframeworks, lifecycle, and various other models and tools. Develop both strategic and solution architecture using theEnterprise Architecture domain abstraction. Design and implement full solutions including ServicesPortfolios and Lifecycle Management solutions. Synthesize current and future technology trends with clientstrategic imperatives to create compelling value-driven solutionsfor clients. Lead the integration of services, process, applications, data,and technology through a Managed Service design across multipledomains, delivery units, or geography.

This role is perfect for youif you: Have advanced vertical, applications and business designprocess lead architect experience that brings together client andmulti-domain (tech and geo). Possess advanced knowledge across Enterprise Architecture,Managed Services, Service Management consulting, and multiplesolutions areas (Business Units), and across domains, deliveryunits, and geographies. Have an advanced understanding of how technology solutions areinfluenced and affected by various business scenarios. Can take the service schedules and SLA developed through thevalue proposition development phase, develop them to contractquality, and deliver them for inclusion in the schedules of themaster services agreement. Can develop a service transformation architecture to deliverthe transformation business, investments, activities, deliverables,schedules, and risks across all service delivery. Have an advanced understanding of a broad spectrum of ITsystems and application types. Possess advanced expertise in Information Security and Qualitymanagement applying security principles. Have advanced knowledge of Information Architecture, Data, andModelling techniques. Possess advanced knowledge of service delivery models,technologies, process improvements, reference architectures, designthinking, and architecture frameworks. Have advanced vertical knowledge of the required industry. Hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in InformationTechnology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Have certification and expert knowledge of EnterpriseArchitecture methodologies (such as TOGAF, Zachman, SOA);preference in TOGAF, additional SOA will be considered as anasset. Have certification and expert knowledge of IT ServiceManagement methodologies (ITIL, COBIT, etc.). Possess Scaled Agile certification advantageous. Have advanced experience in a consulting and IT role within alarge scale (preferably multi-national) technology servicesenvironment. Have advanced experience in IT operations, preferably gainedwithin a global technology organization. Have advanced experience in a wide variety of EnterpriseApplication and Process, IT Services in Networking, Data Center,Communications (including Contact Center), Security, End-UserComputing, and Digital Business Solutions. Possess advanced client engagement and consulting experiencecoupled with solid experience in client needs assessment and changemanagement and the ability to recognize opportunities for futurebusiness within an account. Have advanced experience in integrating the solution for theproject with the business domain, enterprise concerns, industrystandards, established patterns, and best practices. Possess advanced business development and pre-salesexperience. Have advanced experience of the IT industry environment andbusiness needs, combined with a strong understanding of businessprocesses, applications, and infrastructure architecture.
