Innovative Global Talent Agency is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to join our team, supporting the US Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) G7 Modernization Branch. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the future of Army Aerial Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (AISR) systems. What You’ll Be Doing
Representing and advising the government customer in the modernization of Army AISR, including requirement identification, acquisition, solution development, testing, and fielding of products, following Army policy and procedures.
Utilizing your knowledge of AISR platforms and technologies to comprehend customer objectives, CONOPS, and requirements.
Influencing the acquisition and fielding of Army Intelligence products to soldiers supporting all Combatant Commands.
Periodic travel within the continental United States (CONUS) to support Operational Planning Teams (OPTs), Program Management Reviews (PMRs), exercises, or demonstrations of Army Intelligence products. You’re Probably a
Match If You Have:
A Bachelor’s Degree and 9 years of experience in systems engineering and product development.
Extensive experience with Army processes, acquisition, and system fielding.
Knowledge of Army Global Aerial ISR/Intel Architecture and Process, including Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED).
Experience with all phases of systems and product development life cycles.
Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and collaboration skills, especially in working with senior leadership.
Knowledge of one or more of the following
Army AISR Systems:
Guardrail, ARL-S, Grey Eagle, Air Vigilance, ARES, ARTEMIS, HADES, and their capabilities and technologies.
Attendance at Defense Acquisition University (DAU) courses or similar training.
