Chief Systems Engineer – Missile Defense at Innovative Global Talent Agency Are you a systems engineering expert looking to make a significant impact on critical defense programs? In this role, you’ll be part of a collaborative team working on the design, development, implementation, and integration of advanced radar systems, command and control systems, IT infrastructures, and ground systems. Leveraging your systems engineering expertise to contribute to the development of technical baselines and reference architectures for standard designs and solutions.
Conducting systems engineering and integration for missile defense technology, including design, development, prototyping, demonstration, and testing.
Supporting mission operations, wargames and exercises, testing, modeling, and simulation.
Designing, developing, integrating, operating, and sustaining secure and reliable information management architectures for mission systems.
Leading technical execution on programs, including customer interfacing and preparing/presenting briefings to internal leadership and external customers.
Developing and implementing technical approaches to meet customer requirements, and ensuring solutions are testable and reliable.
Managing complex infrastructure and systems, ensuring they are sustained, maintained, and modernized effectively. You’re Probably a
Match If You Have:
A Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, or a Graduate Degree with 10 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, 16 years of relevant experience will be considered.
A strong background in one or more of the following areas: missile warning, missile defense, strategic warning, or theatre missile warning/defense.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
Experience in developing technical solutions and integrating complex systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related field.
Experience supporting defense or government customers.
Background in missile warning, missile defense, and command and control systems.
Familiarity with Agile development principles and space mission operations.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build teams with external partners.
Experience in systems integration and system testing.
Top Secret clearance is a plus.

A competitive salary range of $128,000 – $238,000, based on experience and geographic location.
