We are seeking a Microsoft 365 Copilot Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead the deployment, optimization, and user enablement of Microsoft Copilot across the enterprise. Lead the enterprise adoption of AI-powered M365 tools, including Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Platform. Key Responsibilities Serve as the enterprise SME for Microsoft 365 Copilot strategy, design, implementation, and user adoption. Identify and develop Copilot use cases aligned to business goals across departments including finance, operations, HR, and engineering. Partner with business and IT teams to lead the rollout and change management of Copilot features. Ensure compliance, security, and governance through close collaboration with cybersecurity and risk teams. Deliver training, knowledge sharing, and documentation to empower users and drive adoption. Monitor and report on Copilot effectiveness, usage trends, and business impact using analytics and Power Platform tools. Stay up to date on the Microsoft Copilot roadmap and make proactive recommendations for continuous innovation. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of Microsoft 365 experience, with 2+ years in advanced tools like Copilot, Power BI, Power Automate, and Teams integrations. Strong expertise in M365 security, compliance, and governance (Microsoft Purview, DLP, etc.). Proven experience driving user adoption of enterprise technology, preferably within large, matrixed organizations. Familiarity with Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, Azure AD, and the Microsoft Admin Center. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to translate tech into business value. Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-102, PL-900, AI-102) are a plus.
