Work Setting:
100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client
Required:
- Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Palm Beach Gardens, FL (required);
- Experience with Salesforce platform architecture (7+ years);
- Experience with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) (3+ years);
- Experience with OmniStudio tools: FlexCards, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, and Calculation Matrices;
- Experience with Salesforce data model, APEX, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Integration (REST/SOAP APIs);
- Experience leading Salesforce implementation projects from architecture to delivery;
- Experience working in Agile environments;
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field;
- Salesforce OmniStudio Developer certification;
- Salesforce Industries CPQ Developer certification;
- Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification;
- Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certification.
Preferred:
- Experience in Utility or regulated industry, especially related to customer service or field service transformation;
- Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, or legacy CIS platforms;
- Experience with DevOps tools for Salesforce (e.g., Copado, Gearset, Jenkins);
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture, design, and development of complex Salesforce Vlocity solutions, including OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors), Integration Procedures, and Industry Console;
- Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions leveraging Salesforce Industries capabilities;
- Work with stakeholders, business analysts, and development teams to design scalable and maintainable architectures;
- Establish and enforce Salesforce best practices and Vlocity configuration standards;
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams;
- Collaborate with enterprise architects to ensure alignment with broader IT strategies;
