A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for aKubernetes Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintainKubernetes based platform infrastructure (AKS, OpenShift, GKE, K3s,RKE). Develop and maintain Helm charts, Kubernetes manifests, andreusable deployment templates. Assist application development teamsin containerizing services and deploying them in multitenantKubernetes environments. Implement GitOps workflows using toolslike ArgoCD and FluxCD. Automate infrastructure provisioning andconfiguration using Terraform and Ansible. Integrate Kuberneteswith CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions). Ensureplatform observability using Prometheus, Grafana, Fluent Bit, Loki,and other monitoring/logging tools. Enforce Kubernetes RBAC,network policies, and secrets management for secure multitenantenvironments. Optimize platform performance through resourcetuning, autoscaling, and capacity planning. Troubleshoot andresolve complex infrastructure and platform level issues.
RequiredSkills & Experience:
Deep understanding of Kubernetes architecture(Pods, Deployments, Services, Namespaces, etc.). Experience withHelm for application packaging and deployment. Proficiency inwriting and managing Kubernetes YAML manifests. Familiarity withCustom Resource Definitions (CRDs) and Operators. Strong experiencewith Docker and container image best practices.
Hands-on experiencewith Kubernetes platforms:
AKS, Red Hat OpenShift, GKE, K3s, RKE.Proficient in Infrastructure as Code tools: Terraform, Ansible.
Knowledge of Kubernetes RBAC, security policies, and serviceaccounts. Understanding of Kubernetes networking (CNI plugins,Ingress controllers). Experience with TLS, certificate management,and Secrets encryption. Experience integrating Kubernetes intoCI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub, ArgoCD, FluxCD). Familiaritywith GitOps principles and related tooling. Understanding ofcontainer security and scanning tools (e.g., Trivy).
Experiencewith monitoring tools:
Prometheus, Grafana.
Logging solutions:
Fluent Bit, Fluentd, ELK, Loki. Strong scripting skills in Bash,Python, or Go.
Soft Skills :
Excellent problem-solving andtroubleshooting abilities. Strong communication and collaborationskills. Comfortable working in Agile/DevOps environments with crossfunctional teams. Qualified candidates should

PAY RANGE ANDBENEFITS
Pay Range•: $65- $70/per hour •Pay range offered to asuccessful candidate will be based on several factors, includingthe candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specificjob duties, certifications, etc.
