Job Description Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain system performance, reliability, and availability.
Respond to and resolve escalated incidents, ensuring swift recovery and minimal downtime.
Collaborate with engineering teams to design, implement, and improve automated systems for incident response.
Conduct root cause analysis and post-mortem reviews to prevent future incidents.
Develop and maintain operational documentation, including runbooks and SOPs.
Participate in on-call rotation and provide 24/7 support as needed.
Mentor junior team members and share knowledge across the team.
Qualifications:
10 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or related fields.
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
Proficient in scripting and automation (Python, Bash, etc.).
Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure.
