Full Job Description Your Role:
As Head of IT Infrastructure , you’ll lead the development and execution of our company’s IT infrastructure. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll shape how technology supports our growth, ensures security, and drives efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute a modern infrastructure strategy that aligns with business goals and the overall group standards Own all aspects of infrastructure: networks, cloud environments, servers, endpoints, and workplace technology Ensure IT security, business continuity, and regulatory compliance Oversee vendor selection and manage external service providers Monitor and improve systems performance, scalability, and reliability Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Operations teams Manage budgets, tools, and IT infrastructure roadmap
What You Bring:
