Job Duties:
BlackRock Financial Management, Inc. is hiring a(n) Associate, Engineer II (ref. Code R252620 in Atlanta, GA).
Duties:
Responsible for all aspects of software development, testing, and ensuring compatibility with enterprise and solutions architectures. Write testable software every day with a focus on incremental innovation. Contribute to the design, development, and build of scalable, secure, and reliable systems using best-in-class technologies and platforms. Develop platform features for on premise, hybrid and cloud native environments that are used by thousands of developers. Collaborate with a world-class engineering team to develop features that solve recurring patterns of customer complaints with a high bar for quality. Remain up to date on industry trends, including cloud computing, containers and orchestration, automated testing, etc. Collaborate with team members in a multi-office, multi-country environment Role Essentials. Develop software in Java, Python, Go, Docker/Kubernetes, Kafka, Docker, Prometheus, Azure, and other technologies.
REQUIREMENTS
Employer will accept a Bachelors degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; and 24 months experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Related skills may be required.
