As a Desktop Platform Engineer, you will be part of the IT Department supporting the Network Systems Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

- What’s the Job?
- + Design and implement the next generation Financial Center desktop platform within the firm.
+ Utilize extensive knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems to enhance desktop performance. + Work with packaging technologies, virtualization, and telemetry tools to optimize user experience. + Understand and address the technical requirements of a dispersed Branch Office environment. + Collaborate with Line of Business partners to troubleshoot issues and fulfill requirements.
- What’s Needed?
- + Extensive knowledge and applied experience with Windows OS environments (Windows 7 and Windows 10).
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Virtualization Technologies (AppV, User Experience Virtualization). + Experience with Microsoft Configuration Manager and VMware Hosted Virtual Desktop environments. + Familiarity with scripting languages such as VbScript, Perl, and PowerShell. + Knowledge of telemetry tools like Splunk and Aternity.
