Implementation and Configuration:
Install, configure, and maintain Dynatrace environments. Set up dashboards, alerts, and reports to monitor application performance and infrastructure health. Configure application monitoring, anomaly detection profiles, alert profiles, synthetic monitoring, and log monitoring.
Performance Analysis and Optimization:
Analyze application performance data collected by Dynatrace to identify potential issues and areas for improvement. Use Dynatrace to identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and optimize application performance. Perform performance tuning of Dynatrace applications and find automation methods.
Monitoring and Troubleshooting:
Monitor the health and availability of applications and infrastructure using Dynatrace. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dynatrace and monitored applications. Manage incidents, problems, and defects.
Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to implement and tune dashboards, scripts, and alerts. Provide technical guidance and support to team members on Dynatrace functionalities. Serve as a problem-solving partner and cross-train others.
Skills and Qualifications:
Dynatrace Expertise:
Hands-on experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining Dynatrace environments. Proficiency in Dynatrace features and functionalities. Experience with Dynatrace PurePaths, Collectors, and Agents.
Monitoring and Observability:
Strong understanding of Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools. Ability to monitor application performance and user experiences using Dynatrace.
Technical Skills:
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Experience with scripting and/or programming languages (e.g., Python, Java). Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
Other:
Experience with DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering practices. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. “
