Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- 8-10 years of enterprise architecture experience and well versed with enterprise architect practices
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a matrixed organization
- 5 + years of experience on Cloud and 4 + years of experience with AI/ML
- Good Understanding of EA Frameworks such as TOGAF and develop enterprise architecture blueprint and roadmap based on various business and IT stakeholder engagement/ collaboration.
- 8 + years of professional experience in technology disciplines with primary focus on business strategy and architecture, product strategy and architecture, enterprise architecture, solution architecture
data architecture, integrations architecture and technology architecture. - 6+ years of full lifecycle software engineering experience using waterfall or agile frameworks.
- 3+ years of proven expertise of managing and leading cross-functional matrixed teams.
- Proven success driving business technology strategies that lead to product distinction.
- Experience managing relationships, coalitions and communications with senior and executive level business and technology leaders to influence desired outcomes without direct authority.
- Quick learner for new technology skills such as Mainframe and Cobol Roles & Responsibilities
