Description
The team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Security Architect. The primary responsibility of the Cloud Security Architect is to work closely with the Oracle and Azure Cloud Environment
. Support Architects and Engineers, and the Customer Experience (CX) application Suite (Service, Sales, Eloqua) to identify, implement, and manage the Security requirements and governance of the ASCEND Cloud environments. This role requires a deep understanding of cloud security principles, IAM technologies
, and best practices. The candidate will be required to drive the design, implementation, and management of security solutions to ensure the security and integrity of our systems and data.
Develop and implement Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions for cloud environments, including Azure and Oracle. Ensure that IAM solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with industry and company s standards and regulations
Design and maintain the security architecture for IAM, including the development of security policies, standards and procedures. Ensure that IAM solutions align with the overall security strategy and architecture
Manage and oversee the access management lifecycle, including user provisioning, authentication, authorization, and de-provisioning. Implement role-based access control (RBAC) and least privilege principles
Develop and implement identity governance frameworks to ensure that access to systems and data is properly controlled and audited. Conduct regular access reviews and audits to ensure compliance with security policies
Integrate IAM solutions with other security and IT systems, including CIEM, DLP, and endpoint protection solutions. Ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure and applications
Collaborate with the incident response team to investigate and respond to security incidents related to IAM. Develop and implement incident response plans and procedures for IAM related incidents
Stay updated with latest trends and developments in cloud security and IAM. Continuously evaluate and improve IAM solutions to ensure they meet the evolving security needs of the organization
Provide technical leadership and guidance to ensure adherence to best practices and standards
Work closely with other security and IT teams to ensure that IAM solutions are integrated and aligned with the overall security strategy
Ensure integrations adhere to industry and client s standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integrations with other systems and applications
Create and maintain security architecture diagrams and documentation
Manage changing priorities and direction with varying level of detail and with minimal supervision, all while driving results

Top Skills Details
Must have Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IAM and cloud security for Azure and Oracle Cloud
Minimum 5 Years of experience with IAM technologies and protocols, including SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and LDAP
Minimum 5 Years of Experience with IAM Services such as Oracle Identity Domains, Okta, Ping Identity, and Microsoft Entra.
