    What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Lead the strategy and execution of a technical roadmap to enhance product delivery and unlock new engineering capabilities
  • Collaborate with product managers, team members, customers, and other engineering teams to address complex problems
  • Develop and implement a technical software development strategy for the Observability Engineering domain
  • Mentor and coach engineering and product teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
  • Analyze costs and forecast resource requirements to ensure operational efficiency and desired outcomes
    What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in software development, platform architecture, and infrastructure management
  • Hands-on experience in building complex distributed systems, with knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
  • Advanced knowledge of at least one OOP language such as Java, Go, or Python
  • Experience with continuous delivery (CI/CD) and Infrastructure as Code
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience
    How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • 3+ years of experience with open-source frameworks
  • Experience architecting and designing Observability platform solutions
  • Familiarity with big data formats such as Parquet or Avro
  • Knowledge of machine learning and AI technologies
  • Experience with open-source monitoring software like Grafana and Prometheus
