ServiceNow Platform Automation Engineer
Atlanta GA Hybrid
Introduction:
The Platform Automation Leader will play a pivotal role in ensuring the user adoption and effectiveness of automation activities on the ServiceNow platform.
Scope of Work:
Develop and execute automation strategies.
Optimize processes and implement technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for solution integration.
Deliverables:
Comprehensive automation strategy document.
Quarterly progress reports on automation initiatives.
Implementation of automation projects on platform.
Regular stakeholder presentations on automation impacts and improvements.
Responsibilities:
Formulate and implement automation strategies.
Assess and optimize existing processes for automation.
Evaluate and deploy automation tools and technologies.
Collaborate with IT, operations, and other departments.
Establish metrics for user adoption and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in platform automation and strategic planning.
Experience implementing ServiceNow’s Automation Engine software.
Experience implementing ServiceNow’s Now Assist software.
Expertise in automation tools and technologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
