Process Designer. Support existing integrations and troubleshoot technicalissues. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensuresuccessful project delivery. Work with protocols such as As2, SFTP, FTP, OFTP and APIs. Awareness of incident management change management problemmanagement process and Release Management. Ensure data compliance and security in all integrationprocesses. Document workflows, technical specifications and configurationchanges. Strong understanding of EDI standards (EDIFACT, ANSI X12, XML,etc.).. Hands-on experience with
