Intuit Inc. has an opening forOperations Engineer, in Atlanta, Georgia.
Job duties:
Exercise judgment within best business operations practices to design, implement, and support operational standards and capabilities for individual software products or connected services that enable highly available, scalable and reliable customer experiences. Develop monitoring architecture, implement monitoring agents, dashboards, escalations, alerts and drive end-to-end incident management process, operations playbook and stakeholder communications. Work on problems of moderate scope and complexity where analysis of situations or data requires a review of multiple factors of the overall product or service. Review product requirements and architecture to understand and implement operational standards and capabilities. Build effective internal and external relationships that are essential to delivering an always-on software product or service. No direct reports, and no managerial duties. Individual contributor level role only. May telecommute from home.
Employer will accept a Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field and 1 year of work experience in the job offered or in an Engineer-related occupation.
Expected base pay range(s):$116,500.00 – $157,500.00/yr.
