Services Federal Government, Inc. seeks a qualified Senior Computer Systems Analyst for the Atlanta, GA location. This role involves serving as an Enterprise Systems Analyst with both technical and functional skills related to Microsoft 365 products and services, including Office 365, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams online infrastructure. The responsibilities include providing development services for complex applications using standard approaches or for less complex systems using new methods.

• Role Responsibilities:

• + Operations and maintenance of the Enterprise Infrastructure including installation of upgrades, patches, level-3 troubleshooting, analysis of load, log aggregation, reporting, systems performance analysis & monitoring, and other O&M activities.

+ Provide on-site technical support solutions for customer service delivery and availability while ensuring satisfaction with Microsoft software. + Shared Services subject matter expert, which may include providing some guidance on development projects and programs that are considering the development of SharePoint applications.

• Basic Qualifications:

$203,594]. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
