The Principal Architect, System embodies a nuanced role, serving asa strategist, architect, designer, analyst, customer advocate, andinfluential leader in both business and technology realms. Thisdynamic individual excels in encouraging professional relationshipsand is instrumental in leading the execution of T-Mobile’sProcurement and Supply Chain business-IT priorities. Theseencompass critical processes such as Supply Planning, DemandPlanning, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Device LifecycleManagement, Reference Data, and Inventory Management. Knowledge of ERP applications especially of Oracle ERP and SAP ishighly valued. The Principal Systems Architect would be responsible for:

  • Crafting creative and scalable systems and software solutionsthat address business/technical needs or challenges related toOracle ERP conversion and integration.
  • Defines and maintains architecture and technology standards andpractices for applications, middleware, and databases includingboth in-house development as well as third-party applications.
  • Provides mentorship and direction to project teams to ensurecompliance with the standards and recommended practices.
  • Evaluates and recommends technologies and techniques forapplicability to T-Mobile systems.

Prior experience working with APIs, Microservices, databases, anddigital architecture and Oracle ERP is required. As the key stewardof these critical components, the Principal Architect, Technical isentrusted with ultimate accountability, responsibility, andownership to build outstanding solutions. This position will workvery closely Leadership, Principal Architects and Development teammembers to build out and implement the Platform Strategy. Job Responsibilities:

Understands the business processes on projects assigned andprovides technology-architectural solutions, roadmaps, POCs andbuilds architectural catalog. Ability to think future state, where does supply chain of thefuture require. Design and layout steps to achieve while takingincremental steps Translates business requirements and processes into technicalrequirements and assist other team members in implementing thesolution. Provide direct technical evaluation of third-party products forinclusion in T-Mobile solutions. Help define software development processes related to ERPevaluation and integration. Serve as a technical resource for business teams to helpdefine, estimate, and recommend optimized solutions for businessopportunities. Develop proofs-of-concept and prototypes to help illustrateapproaches to technology and business problems. Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture to define servicedelivery landscape. Present solutions to clients, project teams, and other partnersadapting style to both technical and non-technical audiences. Mentor team members including on standard processes. Identifyand suggest training opportunities for immediate workgroup to helppromote bench strength. Updates job knowledge by participating in educationalopportunities; reading professional publications; maintainingpersonal networks; participating in professional organizations.

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree Computer science or related field. Technology certifications (such as Java, Microsoft, Oracle) aplus

Work Experience:

7-10 years’ Experience as software or systems architectcrafting Oracle ERP solutions with APIs, Kubernetes, Microservices,event-based frameworks, databases, and digital architecture,especially with an eye toward cyber security. 4-7 years’ Experience in Supply Chain Domain architecture anddesign, preferably with background in Oracle Supply Chain Suite.(OTC, PTD, STP as primary) Has been involved in 3rd party systemintegrations. 4-7 years’ Experience in web experience management technologies

  • self-service, search, analytics, and marketing automationpreferably with knowledge of AI/ML solutions.

4-7 years’ Experience in architecture and design of mobile webapplications including responsive design and hybrid model fordevice native applications. Exposure to legacy technologies, payment systems,

EDI, SOAPservices, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Corporate Bonus Target:
