Job Summary:

Weare seeking an experienced Data & Analytics Cloud Platform Managerto oversee and optimize a Snowflake-based data platform on AWS. Theideal candidate will have deep expertise in managing operations,automation, support governance, SLI optimization, and changemanagement to ensure reliability and performance. This rolerequires strong leadership skills to drive efficiency, automation,and operational excellence in a cloud-native data environment.

KeyResponsibilities:

Cloud Platform Management:

Oversee and optimize the AWS-baseddata & analytics infrastructure, ensuring performance, security,and scalability.

Incident Management:

Lead incident resolution using structuredproblem management practices, ensuring minimal businessimpact.

Support Governance:

Establish robust support frameworks todrive consistency in monitoring, issue resolution, andoperations.

SLI/SLO Management:

Define, track, and optimize Service LevelIndicators (SLIs) & Service Level Objectives (SLOs) for platformreliability.

End-to-End Automation:

Implement automation for incidentresponse, monitoring, alerting, and self-healing systems tostreamline support operations.

Change Management:

Manage platform updates, deployments, anddata governance changes with minimal disruption.

Security & Compliance:

Ensure data security, access controls,and regulatory compliance across AWS and Snowflakeenvironments.

Collaboration & Leadership:

Work closely with engineering,analytics, DevOps, and business teams to drive efficient platformoperations.

Qualifications we seek in you!

MinimumQualificationsExperience managing cloud-based data platforms,especially AWS & Snowflake. Strong expertise in IncidentManagement, Support Governance, and SLI/SLO optimization. Hands-onexperience in automating data operations and support processes.

Deep understanding of AWS cloud services, Snowflake architecture,and data pipeline optimizations. Solid knowledge of ITILframeworks, DevOps, and cloud-native operations. Proficiency inSQL, Python, Spark, and data orchestration tools. Experience withmonitoring tools like AWS CloudWatch, Snowflake Query PerformanceDashboard, and Application Insights. Excellent problem-solving,analytical, and communication skills.

PreferredQualifications:

Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for data applications.

Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such asTerraform or CloudFormation. Knowledge of machine learningintegration for optimizing platform reliability. Be a transformation leader

The approximate annualbase compensation range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000.The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plusbenefits, will be determined by a number of factors which includebut are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge,skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internalequity.
