• Serve as the primary IT liaison between the OCC Duty Director and IT teams
• Collaborate with OCC Business IT on application deployments, issue resolution, and user support
• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot OCCs Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) using VMware and Teradici tools
• Maintain and troubleshoot OCCs radio systems in coordination with ATL Radio, Delta Radio Shop, and external vendors (e.g., Zetron)
• Support and escalate issues related to the OCCs A/V infrastructure provided by Baker Audio
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot operating systems, software, and hardware
• Handle IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) requests and complete assigned work orders
• Set up and manage local and network print queues
• Implement changes with minimal business impact, following OCC change management procedures
• Submit and execute RFCs (Requests for Change) as required
• Coordinate and oversee services provided by external vendors.

• Qualifications:

• Ability to work rotating schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays to support 24x7x365 operations
• Comfortable lifting equipment up to 30 pounds on a regular basis
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset; must be able to effectively support users with varying levels of technical expertise
• Knowledge of multiple operating systems, systems architecture, and systems integration
• Experience with VMware and VDI infrastructure preferred
• Familiarity with ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Change, Asset, and Request is highly desired
• Exposure to scripting or programming languages is a plus
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills in a fast-paced environment.
