Full-time – Executive Our client, a newly independent life sciences company, is seeking atransformative VP to lead corporate applications, data & enterprisearchitecture to lead its enterprise systems modernization. Thisexecutive will be responsible for driving ERP, analytics, andarchitecture initiatives while ensuring compliance withFDA-validated system requirements in a highly regulatedenvironment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the strategy and execution of

SAP S/4HANA

implementation(currently underway) and other enterprise platforms (e.g.,Workday). Oversee application lifecycle management, enterprisearchitecture, and data governance across an Azure-based privatecloud environment. Collaborate with business and IT leaders to align technologywith supply chain and manufacturing operations. Ensure adherence to FDA validation and regulatory standardsacross all systems. Manage MSPs and vendor partners to deliver scalable,cost-effective, and high-quality technology solutions. Support M&A integration and transition planning for legacysystems.

Spin-off from a legacy SAP ECC environment-undergoing rapidmodernization with aggressive timelines. Systems are hosted in an Azure private cloud, with cost andoperational efficiency as key priorities. Lean leadership model with a focus on outcomes, compliance, andstrategic vendor engagement. Primary operations are focused in

North America andEuropeQualifications:

10+ years of IT leadership experience, with expertise in ERP,enterprise architecture, and validated systems. Deep experience with SAP S/4HANA, data governance, andvendor/partner management. Background in life sciences or other highly regulatedindustries (FDA compliance required). Strong understanding of supply chain, manufacturing processes,and digital modernization.
