USPF Systems Integration Manager 3.3 3.3 out of 5 stars Norcross, GA 30092 Responsible for client and internal systems integration, as well as the communication, systems monitoring and resolution of technical issues, as they arise. Provides technical guidance in the development, modification, and system integration of complex systems and subsystems used for daily production processing, reporting and financial accounting. Reviews and analyzes the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develops strategies for improving and further leveraging these systems. Identify and navigate potential issues in order to meet deadlines and schedules.
Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities:
Works with US Premium Finance clients onsite in order to integrate agency systems with FinancePro. This includes all planning and execution for integration and implementation. Reviews project plans to plan and coordinate project activity. Develops and interprets organizational goals, policies, and procedures. Develops computer information resources, providing for data security and control, strategic computing, and disaster recovery. Consults with users, management, vendors, and Ameris Bank’s IT department to assess computing needs and system requirements. Stays abreast of advances in technology. Meets with department heads, managers, supervisors, vendors, and others, to solicit cooperation and resolve problems. Provides users with technical support for computer problems. Hires and/or participates in the hiring of consultants or vendors, as necessary. Evaluates technical projects to assess feasibility and requirements. All other projects, as required.

Industry and Work Experience:
5 years of progressive systems integration experience. 5 – 10 years of experience in a leadership or management position within the technical field Prior premium finance or loan portfolio management preferred
Academic:
