Job Description
The successful candidate will be an expert in engineering-related measurements and practices. The successful candidate will have a diverse skillset and leverage capabilities to directly support digital transformation, real-time decision-making, and factory floor connectivity across critical aerospace components/assemblies, and maintain standard work documents.
Must Have :
Proven hands-on experience with Kepware KEPServerEX configuration. Demonstrable Ignition SCADA project work. Strong industrial protocol integration (OPC UA/DA, Modbus TCP, Ethernet/IP). Familiarity with aerospace or regulated manufacturing environments. Knowledge of CNCs, CMMs, PLCs (Rockwell, Siemens, Fanuc). SQL databases + Python scripting within Ignition. Experience with cybersecurity best practices in OT/IT.
Preferable :
Ignition Certified Developer or Gold Tier integrator project background. Hands-on with MQTT Sparkplug B, Edge devices, and IIoT stacks. Familiarity with aerospace compliance (NADCAP, AS9100 audits). Legacy machine connectivity and retrofit solutions.
Soft Skills :
Cross-functional collaboration, documentation, problem-solving, ability to work onsite with minimum supervision.
