Managing and Updating Internal Quality Systems:

• Maintain and Update QMS, regularly ensuring that the company’s QMS is up-to-date, aligned with industry standards, and compliant with customer specifications;
• Continuously evaluate the performance of internal quality systems and implement improvements;
• Ensure that all quality documents are properly stored and accessible within the system and implement automated document control workflows;

Managing System Data and Analysis:

• Oversee the organization and storage of quality-related data in centralized systems, ensuring data integrity and traceability across all quality control activities;
• Utilize advanced data analysis tools and techniques to analyze large datasets and generate actionable insights that can help in decision-making for quality improvement and troubleshooting;
• Automate data collection and reporting processes using tools like databases, scripts, or specialized software;
• Supporting 8

D Problem-Solving Process:

• Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the 8D problem-solving methodology, ensuring that it is integrated within the quality management system;
• Manage 8D reports in the system and ensure timely follow-up actions and resolutions;
• Ensure that corrective and preventive actions related to the 8D process are well-documented, tracked, and monitored for closure;

Metrology and ISO Certification Support:

• Support the integration of metrology equipment and measurement data into the system;
• Manage the documentation and system tasks related to ISO certifications, ensuring that all internal audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement projects are documented and tracked within the system for ease of access during audits;

Customer Audit Support:

• Support the preparation of internal systems for customer audits by ensuring that all quality-related data, reports, and corrective actions are accessible and well-organized in the quality management system;
• In the event of audit findings, use the system to manage and track the closure of non-conformances, creating detailed action plans and using automated workflows for responses and evidence submission;

Managing Quality Tools and Systems:

• Implement and maintain the Maverick Product Elimination (“MPE”) tools to identify and manage deviations or out-of-spec products;
• Automate the reporting and data logging to the quality management system for real-time visibility;
• Oversee the implementation and continuous support of SPC tools, ensuring that the system is updated with real-time data from production;

System Automation and Optimization:

• Oversee the integration of the QMS with Enterprise Resource Planning (“ERP”) systems, ensuring seamless data flow between the systems for better traceability and real-time data sharing across departments;
• Work with the IT department to automate the quality data collection process, reducing the need for manual data entry and improving real-time reporting and analysis capabilities;

Training and Support:

• Provide training to employees on how to properly use the quality management system and the tools integrated into it, including hands-on training with SPC software, 8D reporting tools, and data analysis systems;
• Manage user access to quality systems, ensuring that employees have the appropriate level of access to relevant data and reports;

System Reporting and Dashboards:

• Develop custom reports and dashboards within the QMS for management, providing real-time insights into quality performance, audit readiness, and the status of corrective actions; and
• Use system-generated data to conduct and report on root cause analyses for any major quality issues, and track the effectiveness of corrective actions over time.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other closely related field of study;
• Experience in handling quality systems;
• Expertise in maintaining and improving quality management system;
• Skills in analyzing large data sets;
• Understanding data integrity and automation; and
• Software proficiency.
