Power Platform Developer & Process Analyst Position Available In Iberia, Louisiana

We’re looking for a Power Platform Developer & Process Analyst, in New Iberia, LA who will lead the design, development, and management of Power Platform applications and automation solutions to optimize business processes. Competitive compensation package Annual bonus program tied to company and individual performance No premium cost medical plan option available Paid training programs Career growth opportunities and tuition reimbursement Safety-focused culture What you’ll do: Design, develop, and maintain custom PowerApps solutions tailored to business needs, integrating with Microsoft 365 tools like SharePoint and Power BI, managing data connections, and overseeing the full application lifecycle including testing, deployment, and support Create, regularly update, and integrate clear work instructions and process documentation into digital platforms such as SharePoint, and provide training and support to end-users for effective application use Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business processes, design, and deploy automation solutions using Power Automate, integrate data from multiple sources, and maintain automation workflows with thorough testing and documentation Proactively seek opportunities to enhance existing PowerApps and automation solutions, stay current with Microsoft Power Platform developments, and propose innovative solutions to add business value Work with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), manage defect tracking, and provide ongoing end-user support and training Measure timely delivery, number of deployed applications, user adoption rates, issue resolution times, and frequency of documentation updates Track number of automated processes, reduction in manual effort, workflow accuracy, stakeholder satisfaction, documentation quality, collaboration effectiveness, and training completion rates You’ll have the following skills and experience: Proven experience in developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps and Power Automate Strong ability to analyze business processes, identify bottlenecks, and design efficient automation and application solutions Skilled in using Microsoft 365 applications such as SharePoint and Power BI for integration, data management, and reporting Experience in creating clear process documentation, work instructions, and delivering training to end-users Ability to manage multiple projects independently, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory; direct, relevant work experience in Power Platform development and process automation is highly valued Find out more and apply now.
