We are seeking apassionate and highly skilled Reliability Engineer to join ourdynamic team. This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage yourexpertise in a role that offers a blend of technical challenge andstrategic influence. The chosen candidate will be instrumental inmaintaining and improving the reliability of our equipment andsystems, optimizing our operations, and ensuring the highest levelof safety and performance.

Responsibilities:

As a PermanentReliability Engineer, your responsibilities will include but arenot limited to: 1. Leading reliability improvement initiatives androot cause analysis for equipment failures to improve plantreliability and performance. 2. Utilizing a variety of toolsincluding thermography, structural NDE, oil analysis, ultrasonicleak detection, vibration analysis, and motor alignment to diagnoseand resolve equipment issues. 3. Designing and implementingpreventive and predictive maintenance programs. 4. Developing andimplementing reliability standards, guidelines, and procedures. 5.Collaborating with other engineering teams to ensure thereliability and maintainability of new and modified installations.6. Providing technical support to maintenance and operations teamsfor complex issues relating to hydraulic circuits andtroubleshooting. 7. Conducting training sessions on reliabilitypractices and procedures to other team members. 8. Participating inthe design and implementation of new systems and equipment toensure reliability and maintainability. 9. Reviewing and analyzingmaintenance records and operational data to identify trends andopportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidatefor the Reliability Engineer position should have the followingqualifications: 1. A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a relatedfield. 2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a reliabilityengineering role, preferably in the engineering industry. 3. Provenexperience with thermography, structural NDE, oil analysis,ultrasonic leak detection, vibration analysis, and motor alignment.4. Strong knowledge of hydraulic circuits and troubleshooting. 5.Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong focus on quality andperformance. 6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills toeffectively collaborate with other teams and stakeholders. 7.Ability to work independently and manage multiple taskssimultaneously. 8. Proficiency in using computer software andapplications related to the job. 9. A strong commitment to safety,quality, and continuous improvement.
