We are seeking ahighly skilled and motivated Systems Architect to overseeing thedesign, development, and implementation of complex materialhandling systems. As a Systems Architect, you will play a criticalrole in the development and design of complex systems to meet theneeds of our clients and the material handling market. You willhelp streamline the entry of systems, subsystems, and products intothe market, providing technical guidance in the development ofcomplex Integrator Ready solutions while improving the scalabilityof Integrator Ready Products and Solutions. Additionally, you willprovide guidance on system-level thinking to the organization fordevelopment efforts outside of Systems Engineering.

Responsibilities:
Support System Engineering Team in developing the foundation forthe team:
- Process and tool development and implementation
- Developengineering design strategies and standards for integratedsolutions
- Develop building blocks for reuse in future systemdesigns
- Develop product libraries for Intralox and third-partytechnologies and solutions
- Manage third-party solution libraries
- Stay current with industry trends and technologies
- Continuouslyimprove Systems Engineering processes and tools Project manage the engineering effort for the development anddesign of complex material handling solutions:
- Manage the systemsengineering development and design process
- Scope management

- Provide technical guidanceto development efforts Opportunity analysis:
- Collaborate with internal and externalstakeholders to understand problem statements and evaluate customerand market needs and requirements Requirements engineering and management:
- Work with across-functional team to develop a comprehensive list ofstakeholder requirements
- Transform stakeholder requirements intofunctional system requirements
- Track compliance with requirementsthroughout the development and design process Concept development:
- Guide the development of conceptual solutionsbased on stakeholder and system requirements
- Coordinate earlyfeasibility studies, testing, and concept emulations when necessary
- Lead analysis and selection of system concepts and architecture
- Support the Commercial and Proposal teams in the development ofproposals Define the work:
- Perform functional and logical decomposition ofsystem architecture into subsystems, equipment, and components
- Define technical approaches and development strategies
- Developwork packets to guide engineering efforts
- Define resourcerequirements Manage the work:
- Provide guidance and technical expertise duringthe development process
- Coordinate and oversee the engineeringefforts of a cross-functional, multi-disciplinary team
- Facilitatedesign reviews, ensure subsystem compliance, and approve designs
- Lead and track decision-making efforts
- Coordinate verificationand validation of components, subsystems, and systems
- Oversee theintegration and testing of system components and subsystems
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering,Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in a leadership role of a technical team
- Experience managing development projects
- Minimum of 7 years ofindustry experience
- Strong understanding of systems design,systems engineering principles, methodologies, and tools
- Excellentproject management skills with a track record of successfullydelivering complex projects
- Exceptional communication andinterpersonal skills with proven experience working with peerorganizations
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamicenvironment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience working in cross functional teams
- A self-managedindividual who is a team player with leadership qualities
- Attendstrainings or self-trains to continuously improve skillsets
- Able totravel up to 20%, work weekends, holidays and overtime whenrequired
