The applications in which our products are used are typically inthe higher-performance, higher-power segments of the marketsegments we serve. Our products are sold worldwide to customersranging from small to large global original equipment manufacturers(OEMs), their contract manufacturers (CM’s) and internationally todistributors who support their supply chains. Our Advanced Productsserve customers concentrated in the High Performance Computing,Aerospace and Defense, Industrial and Automotive markets.

Job Description Maintaingeographically dispersed 300 Windows based systems, which includeservers, system appliances in a highly available fast-pacedenvironment. Desired candidate should demonstrate the ability toconfigure servers to best practices including good asset managementskills. Collaborate with other infrastructure engineering personnelto assess near- and long-term capacity needs to achieve on-timeservice delivery to internal customers. Create and maintaindocumentation related to system configuration, applicationdiagrams, processes, and service records. Oversee new and existingequipment, hardware, and software upgrades. Produce monthlyoperating system and application performance reports includingapplicable remediation plans. Provide technical recommendations asnecessary to address business or application issues. The ability toact as a project lead or as a resource provider to help design,implements, and support business critical applications. Ensure theappropriate system security measures are in place to protectcorporate assets. Develop scripts as necessary to improvefunctionality or automate activities. Interface with bothnetworking and Unix/Linux personnel as necessary to achieve servicedelivery. Work outside of normal hours should be expected inaddition to a rotating on-call responsibility. Ability to maintainStorage Area Networking and NAS infrastructure. Coordinate theestablishment of processes, run manuals, standard operatingprocedures and documentation to insure 7-x24-system availability.

Working outside of normal hours should be expected along withproviding rotating on-call support coverage. Education /Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, orequivalent and a minimum of 5 – 7years experience. MicrosoftWindows and storage certifications highly desirable
• Stronginterpersonal, written, and oral communication skills and be highlyself motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail &customer focus
• Able to effectively prioritize tasks in ahigh-pressure environment with strong customer service orientation
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative Environment.
• Understanding of various systems architecture and operatingsystems
• Good understanding of Security architectures andsolutions
• Good understanding of Data Center Operations includingperforming daily checklists
• SAN, NAS, apache, tomcat, UNIX andLinux are a plus.
• A minimum of 5 – 7 years of previous Windowsadministration in a multi domain forest
• Experience with theconfiguration and administration of Window DNS, DHCP and WINS
• Experience with the configuration and administration of GroupPolicies
• Understanding of Site management in a multi VLANenvironment
• Possess solid IIS administration and troubleshootingskills
• Proven ability to assess and mitigate potential securityissues on Windows servers
• Experience with SPAM, Contentfiltering, and Anti-Virus applications a plus
• Experience with thedeployment and management of SAN based VMWare ESX 2.x and 3.xenvironments
• Experience with the configuration and administrationof HP Rack mount (DL) and Blade (BL) class servers a plus
• Experience with SAN and NAS solutions a plus
