Job Description:

This position will require engagement across departments, ADI manufacturing sites, working with cross-functional audit teams, Quality Systems deployment and standardizing BKMs across ADI sites globally.

Key Responsibilities include:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments to ensure expedite closure of complex product and process quality issues from initiation to closure. Standardize and Implement Quality Management Systems across ADI sites. Shares BKMs and procedures with ADI manufacturing sites. Implement procedures and best practices per industry QMS standards. Perform ADI’s internal audits. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop detailed audit plans, set expectations, and develop systems and procedures per IATF16949 and VDA automotive quality standards. Facilitate the use of structured problem-solving tools in root-cause investigation and corrective action identification. Manage corporate level QMS systems to capture customer requirements, management reviews, corrective action plans, etc.

Education and Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering. Great collaborator with the ability to influence Excellent project planning, scheduling, documentation, training, coordination, and communication skills. Awareness of Quality Management System (QMS) in high volume semiconductor, or electronics manufacturing environment. Quality certifications like ASQ Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt, CQE, etc. will be preferred. Background in computer science and application development preferred. For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce

  • Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State

Yes, 10% of the time The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $74,400 to $102,300. Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors. This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors. This position includes medical, vision and dental coverage, 401k, paid vacation, holidays, and sick time, and other benefits.
