II. IAMDS
leads allaspects of Systems Engineering that drive the development ofcomplex systems to support the Raytheon Land and Air DefenseSystems (LADS) mission area from our Tewksbury MA, and Andover MAlocations. The IAMDS department supports Raytheon by cultivating aworld-class group of systems thinkers who work together as a teamto architect technical solutions to some of the world’s toughestchallenges This position is onsite in Tewksbury or Andover MA. Do:
You will be responsible for concept and requirementsdevelopment, including decomposition and flow-down You will beresponsible for concept of Operations (CONOPS) development anddesign You will be responsible for algorithm optimization, researchand development; trade studies to bring new, advanced features tofielded system You will be responsible for functional analysis ofreal world and test data You will be responsible formulti-disciplinary development efforts across the kill-chain for anAir and Missile Defense System You will collaborate with customerto bring new capabilities to the warfighter Q u alifications
YouMust Have:
Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology,Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and 2 years of prior relevantexperience Ability to obtain security clearance. U.S. citizenshipis required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a securityclearance.
Qualifications We Prefer:

Onsite:
Employees who are working inOnsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes allproduction and maintenance employees, as they are essential to thedevelopment of our products. The salary range for this role is66,000 USD – 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faithestimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considersseveral factors when extending an offer, including but not limitedto, the role, function and associated responsibilities, acandidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and keyskills.
