HX5 is currently seeking a Program Integration Principal to support the HNJ Division at Hanscom Air Force Base, MA.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Craft, develop, implement & execute innovative system engineering practices, processes and produce exceptional technical products Demonstrate an ability to manage, analyze, trace functional and non-functional systems requirements, test cases, and architecture components Accurately articulate issues, questions, and recommendations to customers Recommend improvements to systems engineering process to support mission more effectively Perform data analysis and translate business strategy into long-term technical roadmaps Reviews the feasibility of new existing project requirements Create presentations/solutions and articulates to senior mgt Demonstrate high competency in Systems Engineering for multiple large projects

Education and Experience:

Must have the following education and experience: Master’s degree Computer Science, Systems Engineering or equivalent technical degree required SAP/SAR experience required Minimum 18+ or more years’ experience Possess a comprehensive knowledge on best practices of SEAM and Capability Maturity Model Integration Familiarity with DoD acquisition process from either Government or prime development contractor Knowledge of agile acquisition required Information Technology Acquisition or Cyber operations desired

Other Position Requirements:

Proof of U.S. Citizenship or US Permanent Residency is a requirement for this position. Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation. Must be able to obtain a Top Secret clearance by date of hire. Must be able to travel, including air travel.
