6+ Months Our Pharma client is looking for a skilled Infrastructure Engineer to design, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure, with a strong focus on cloud computing, security, and collaboration tools. You will be responsible for managing Azure cloud environments, Palo Alto firewalls, VPN systems, Meraki Networks, and Office 365 services-including Exchange, SharePoint, and Power Apps. Additionally, you will oversee identity management integrations with Okta, ensuring streamlined Single Sign-On (SSO) and user provisioning, while maintaining email security through Mimecast. Working closely with Managed Service Providers (MSPs), you will play a key role in optimizing performance, enhancing security, and ensuring scalability across all systems and devices.

Key Responsibilities Cloud Infrastructure:

Build, configure, and maintain Azure environments to ensure optimal performance and scalability.

Network Security:

Design and manage Palo Alto firewalls, VPN systems, and Meraki Networks to provide reliable and secure connectivity.

Productivity & Collaboration Tools:

Administer and support Office 365 services (Exchange, SharePoint, Power Apps) and collaboration tools like Zoom and Slack.

Device Management:

Oversee device lifecycle management using Intune, including provisioning, configuration, security, and patching.

Identity & Access Management:

Implement and manage Okta integrations for SSO and user provisioning.

Automation & Deployment:

Utilize scripting languages (PowerShell, Python) to automate infrastructure processes and optimize application deployment.

Documentation:

Maintain comprehensive records of configurations, lifecycle processes, and troubleshooting guides. Minimum Qualifications 5-7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with proven expertise collaborating with MSPs. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. Certifications in Azure, Intune, Palo Alto Networks, Meraki, Okta, and Office 365 (preferred). Strong technical proficiency in cloud computing, network security, identity management, and email security. Experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, Python) for automation. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Preferred Qualifications Deep understanding of security frameworks such as Zero Trust and advanced device protection protocols. Ability to manage multiple infrastructure projects efficiently.
