- Strong experience with SQL for querying and troubleshooting data-related problems
- Experience with Control-M or similar orchestration tools to monitor workflows
- Proficiency in Linux for command-line operations and log analysis
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or equivalent ticketing systems
- Proficiency in Git for version control and collaboration
- Hands-on experience with Jenkins pipeline configuration and management
- Knowledge of Terraform and AWS cloud infrastructure
- Expertise in monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, or DataDog
- Understanding of financial services applications and terminology (preferred)
- Familiarity with Snaplogic or similar low code/no code integration platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with stakeholders at all levels
