PositionPurpose:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced M365 LeadSite Reliability Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidatewill be responsible for developing and creating monitoring andobservability dashboards within Splunk, Dynatrace, and othermonitoring and alerting platforms. This role requires advancedproficiency in PowerShell scripting and Graph APIs, as well asintermediate proficiency in Power Apps/Automate. This role willensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of ourMicrosoft 365 environment.

• Leads team to identify problems withsystems and services and drives regular deployment of new versionsof the systems and their subcomponents
• Leads projects fromend-to-end that are focused on building and maintainingobservability/monitoring for the application, monitoring keyperformance indicators, maintaining alerting, and continuouslyimproving visibility.
• Drives decisions around periodic systemvalidation and testing, service monitoring, and standing up newservices/tools
• Uses advanced knowledge and experience to identifystrategies that increase system reliability and performance throughon-call rotation and process optimization
• Leads post incidentreviews and documents findings for future informed decision making
• Drives implementation of approved proposals to optimize SoftwareDevelopment Life Cycle (SDLC) to boost service reliability
• Leadsfunctional and development teams to investigate and document issuesand leads internal team to develop solutions to mitigate them
• Leads root cause and problem solving initiatives
• Understand andadapt new technologies, tools, methods, and processes fromMicrosoft and industry
• Coaches and mentors team. Designs andimplements key performance indicators
• Contributes to engineeringand organization success by welcoming related, different, and newrequests; helping others accomplish job results
• Trains theengineering team on new systems, protocols, and best practices
• Drive and coach others through reviews of design, code, and testcases
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Complies with allpolicies and standards

Education/Experience:

A Bachelor’s degree ina quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics,engineering, computer science). Requires 5

• 7 years of relatedexperience.

Or equivalent experience acquired throughaccomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skillreflective of the level of this position.

Technical Skills:

• 5-7or more years of experience in site reliability engineering, with afocus on Microsoft 365.
• Microsoft 365: In-depth knowledge ofMicrosoft 365 services, architecture, and administration.

• PowerShell Scripting:

  Advanced skills in writing and debuggingscripts for automation and administration tasks.

Graph APIs:

Advanced proficiency in utilizing Graph APIs for integration andautomation.

• Power Apps/Automate:

  Intermediate skills in creatingand managing workflows and applications.

• Monitoring andObservability:

  Experience in developing and creating dashboards inSplunk, Dynatrace, and other monitoring platforms.

Strong understanding of incident management processesand tools.

Pay Range:

$100,900.00

• $186,800.
