Crew StationDesign & Integration Position Responsibilities:
- Understand andapply job practices, techniques, standards, principles, theories,and concepts
- Develop, document and maintain system requirementsaccording to customer desires and contract requirements
- Analyze,translate and implement requirements into system architecture,hardware and software designs and interface specifications, showingtraceability throughout the product lifecycle
- Test and validateto ensure system designs meet operational and functionalrequirements
- Coordination among other engineering disciplines toensure technical rigor on IPT scope
- Participate in technicalreviews and provide feedback to ensure compliance withcertification standards
- Perform analyses for affordability,safety, reliability, maintainability, testability, human systemsintegration, survivability, vulnerability, susceptibility, systemsecurity, regulatory, certification, product assurance, and otherspecialties’ quality factors into a preferred configuration toensure mission success
- Support the planning, organization,implementation, and monitoring of requirements managementprocesses, tools, risks, issues, and opportunities (RIO)managements, and technology readiness assessment processes Thisposition is expected to be 100% onsite.
The selected candidate willbe required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Travel may be required; Domestically and/or Internationallydepending on business needs. This position requires the ability toobtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Governmentrequires U.S. Citizenship.
- A final U.S. Secret or Top SecretClearance Post-Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor ofScience degree from an accredited course of study in engineering,engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineeringtechnology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, orcomputer science
- Experience with one (or more) of the following:
Cameo, MSOSA, Rhapsody, DOORS, SysML, Cadece/Pspice, Python, C#,JavaScript, Visual Studio, Subversion, Azure DevOps, Git, CAFTA,ReliaSoft or FaultTree
- Strong academic performance and technicalexperience as demonstrated through technical projects, research orengineering internships
- Currently reside in OR willing torelocate to the St. Louis, Missouri region Preferred Qualifications(Desired Skills/Experience):
- Level 2: 2 or more years’ relatedwork experience or an equivalent combination of education andexperience
- Active U.S. Security Clearance Candidates should havethe ability to:
- Knowledgeable of how the business andorganization operates; knowledgeable of policies, practices,trends, and information affecting the business and organization;understands the competition and the marketplace.

- Ability to analyze problems(troubleshooting, fault isolation, repair, modification, orredesign) of assigned end items to support the design, developmentand modification of company products using knowledge of engineeringdisciplines (ME, EE, etc.)
- Knowledge of responsibilities andtasks performed by various Engineering departments/disciplines(e.g., design, test, software, technology, avionics)
- Knowledge ofthe interaction between departments/disciplines and how theirproducts/processes affect one another and impact non-engineeringprocesses (e.g., Operations, Logistics, Business)
- Ability tounderstand the big picture and the inter-relationships of allpositions and activities in the system, including the impact ofchanges in one area on another area
- This includes the ability tosee and understand the inter-relationships between components ofsystems and plans, anticipate future events, and apply theprinciples of systems thinking to accelerate performance
TypicalEducation/Experience:
Entry-Level Level 1: Education/experiencetypically acquired through advanced technical education from anaccredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology(includes manufacturing engineering technology), computer science,engineering data science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry (e.g.
Bachelor), or an equivalent combination of technical education andexperience or non-US equivalent qualifications. In the USA, ABETaccreditation is the preferred, although not required,accreditation standard. Associate Level 2: Education/experiencetypically acquired through advanced technical education from anaccredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology(includes manufacturing engineering technology), computer science,engineering data science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g.
Bachelor) and typically 2 or more years’ related work experience oran equivalent combination of technical education and experience ornon-US equivalent qualifications. In the
USA, ABET
accreditation isthe preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

Level 2: $68,000
