Job Summary:

We are seeking highly experienced

  • Senior PACS Analysts
  • to join a specialized team focused on resolving major system outages across enterprise imaging environments. This is a hybrid role; primarily REMOTE with travel estimated 1x/quarter. This role is ideal for professionals with deep expertise in
  • Merge and/or Change Healthcare PACS, a strong grasp of DICOM standards, and experience supporting both radiology and cardiology imaging systems

•. Unlike implementation-focused roles, this team will be the first line of defense during critical system failures, ensuring rapid recovery and continuity of care.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Provide expert-level support during major PACS outages across multiple healthcare facilities + Troubleshoot and resolve complex DICOM and imaging workflow issues + Support both radiology and cardiology PACS systems + Collaborate with internal teams to stabilize and restore imaging systems + Document incident response procedures and contribute to knowledge sharing + Coordinate with modality vendors and clinical teams during high-impact events + Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency support

Required Qualifications:

+ 8+ years of experience in PACS administration or support + Proven expertise with Merge PACS and/or Change Healthcare PACS + Strong understanding of DICOM standards, imaging workflows, and modality integration + Experience supporting radiology and cardiology PACS + Excellent problem-solving and communication skills + Ability to work independently in high-pressure situations + Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience with ancillary or post-processing imaging applications + Familiarity with enterprise imaging environments + Prior experience in incident response or outage management
