Job Description

•Description•CTC Integration Engineer II Journeyman (C.5.4) – Provides onsite engineering, integration and troubleshooting support for training activities at CTC, Ranges, and FOCUS Centers. Integrates and troubleshoots system components, provides software coding support and ensures they work together as intended. Tests to identify and fix issues, verifies system performance, and validates that the system meets all requirements. Follows quality control processes and conducts regular audits. Tracks and controls changes to the system architecture and components throughout its lifecycle. Provides ongoing support for the system, including troubleshooting issues, implementing updates, and making improvements based on user feedback. Creates detailed documentation for the system, including design specifications, user manuals, and maintenance guides. •Experience•: + Experience in onsite engineering, integration, and troubleshooting. + Experience leading support activities for training operations at various centers. + Experience seamlessly integrating system components, providing critical software coding support, and ensuring cohesive operation across platforms. + Experience conducting thorough testing phases to detect and rectify issues, alongside verifying and validating system performance against requirements. + Experience establishing and overseeing quality control processes, conducting regular audits, and fostering continuous improvement practices. + Experience managing system architecture and component changes throughout their lifecycle, ensuring system reliability and efficiency. + Experience supporting systems post-deployment, including troubleshooting, updates, and enhancements based on user feedback.
