System One is seeking a senior-level Enterprise Architect tosupport a client in the Ft. Liberty/Ft. Bragg area. This role isfully onsite and will require someone local to the area. The idealcandidate will have at least 10 years’ experience in enterprisearchitecture, systems engineering, project engineering. JOB DESCRIPTION
Enterprise Architect Responsibilities Include:
Support near-, mid-, and long-term transformation planning alignedwith the Army Campaign Plan (ACP) and other strategic goals. Draft capabilities-based transformation plans that addressstaffing, resourcing, equipping, IT infrastructure, and knowledgemanagement needs. Provide recommendations on organizational structure, staffing, andenterprise relationships. Prepare briefings and documentation for senior leadership, offeringinsights at ISR architecture and implementation meetings andrecommending updates to SOPs/TTPs. Serve as the primary contact for system issues and aid in thedevelopment of automated information systems and enterprisearchitectures. Represent the organization in IT meetings, VTCs, and conferences,coordinating with stakeholders across Army MSCs, HQDA, Army MACOMs,Services, and Intelligence Agencies. Develop Unfunded Requirement (UFR) and Program Objective Memorandum(POM) issue papers, organizational documents, POA&M schedules,and strategy and implementation documents. Define system development from mission analysis through performanceverification. Evaluate alternative solutions and conduct risk and costassessments to ensure optimal system functionality.
Enterprise Architect Experience, Education, Skills, Abilitiesrequested:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field. At least 5 years of experience in the last 15 years in SystemsArchitecture, Project Engineering, or Systems Engineering, orequivalent. Proficiency in IT Project Management and enterprisearchitecture. Experience with software maintenance, hardware, communications, anddevelopment of large-scale, cross-functional systems. Familiarity with ACP, PPBE, and collaborative knowledge managementpreferred. Ability to coordinate with military and civilian stakeholders forIT infrastructure planning preferred.
